Jaro Education – United Business Institutes, Belgium, held
its 6th Convocation Ceremony on September 20, 2013 at Rangsharda
Auditorium, Bandra. Over 600 students from various parts of the world, who successfully
completed their International MBA and International Executive MBA program, were
felicitated and conferred upon their degrees respectively at the event. The
occasion commenced with the welcoming of Guests of Honor and dignitaries
including Mr.
Pramod Lele, CEO – Hinduja National Hospital and Medical Research Centre; Dr.
Suhas Pednekar, Principal – Ramnarain Ruia College; Ms. Shobhaa De, Eminent
writer, social commentator and opinion shaper; Mr. Shridhar Vagal, Ex. DGP and
Mr. Bruno Mertens – Member of Advisory Council- UBI. It was further graced by the
presence of eminent achievers from various fields and celebrities.
The Director of Jaro Education, Dr. Sanjay Salunkhe, encouraged
students to keep learning throughout their life and achieve great milestones in
the corporate world through his motivational speech. This was followed by inspirational
speeches by Guests of Honor and other dignitaries. The event also witnessed the
first of its kind initiative in India where Jaro Education distributed equity
shares to its core faculties as a thanking gesture for their invaluable
contribution to the success of the institute. The great achievers from the
fields of Human Resources, Law and Academics were also felicitated for their outstanding
contribution to respective fields.

The event further progressed to its most awaited moment- conferring
of the prestigious MBA degrees and cap-throwing ceremony. Students looked extremely
proud as they went up the stage in the traditional regalia to collect their degree
in the presence of family and friends. An atmosphere of pride and happiness
prevailed throughout the entire event. The dignitaries and faculties praised the
MBA programs of Jaro Education as career-enhancing academic degrees. Students
also expressed their gratitude towards the institution and thanked the faculties
for their continual support throughout the course.
